Balance. Purpose. Enlightenment.
Even if a courageous or well-intended word or action seems to go nowhere, it does have a positive effect on those who observe it. They think about the good, the sincerity, the strength of these acts. It encourages them, inspires them, maybe even restores their faith in human nature.

The brightness of this picture and the corresponding encouragement reminds me that I, too, can be a bright light in this world through my thoughts, words and deeds….all of which are 100% under my control!
Often we seem to be reminded in news bulletins and other places of the darker sides of human nature.
How much nicer, as this quotation eloquently states, to recognize and celebrate the good of human thought and action in this world.
How true that there is much good in the world for those who consciously seek it out. Thanks for your comments, Richard!
