I certainly agree with this information on judging at first sight. why? Because there are better ways that may take practice, but helpful to your growth. What I TRY to do…
Is to give a reason or possibility for what I think, like being objective and/or discerning….compassionate and saying.
A prayer. It takes honesty with myself and awareness of my thinking. It can help too in writing down thoughts to see what’s going on in my conscious and unconscious

I have been on the receiving end of snap judgements, and it is always hurtful. I have also formed snap judgements myself and haven’t always recognized the destructiveness of my actions. I am grateful for the Lemurian Philosophy which inspires me to do better so I can earn my improved life circumstance.
