   Faced with a relationship problem I felt unable to face, let alone handle well, I found myself relying on the prayers I have learned emphasizing a desire for things to work out, ” for the greatest good” for all involved. Not kong after, I read an article seeming to address the very issue I was facing. It gave the trouble a name, suggested a cause and possible tactics for dealing with it. I got a bit of comfort, as it was from a respected source. However, after my daily prayer and meditation, it occurred to me that no two people ever experience exactly the same things, because of our many lifetimes of experience! No one solution can hold the answer, I thought, no matter how well researched. We are individuals and deserve recognition of our uniqueness! This allowed me to remember to love the person I was struggling to understand, as a unique individual, with millennia of history I know nothing about. Loving the whole of this person was the only solution. It was nearly miraculous how quickly the differences diminished in importance for me! I was able to see my “adversary” more clearly through loving eyes! Our differences and difficulties melted away! Love never fails.
