   In the past I did view problems as obstacles, but in growing and expanding in my journey I now realize that these obstacles are here to teach me in some area of myself to face the challenge and not to give up. Perhaps it was an unhealed wound which caused me to doubt or believe my abilities or to stand and speak up for myself – now I know I have all I need within to face challenges.
