Since becoming a Lemurian student, this has been an especially encouraging teaching to me — that I have many opportunities to serve each day, and many of these can “take place in the simplest ways.”
Before studying the Lemurian Philosophy, I never thought of virtues like Kindliness, Patience and Forbearance as a service to others. I now see that service to others is actually a service to myself as well. This understanding is helpful for my attitude toward service, which I see as a privilege rather than a chore.
